Capital Developments is a Canadian industry leader, founded in 2008, with international roots. The co-CEOs were founding executives of one of Europe’s largest developers, TriGranit. Since the principals returned to Canada in 2008, Capital Developments has delivered 1.8 million square feet in Toronto and Montreal.
